If you have been approached by Companies claiming to be official Google Partners, and guaranteeing first-page search positions – beware!

Google is taking firms to court for this practice, so don’t get caught out.

This can be very misleading!

Usually this is only possible for Sponsored Links advertisers with a large budget, and many keywords (think thousands, or tens of thousands).

They also know that whatever they spend comes back with friends attached.

Beginning advertisers are not in this position.

If you’re being offered such a service, particularly on a limited budget, make sure you’re being told how the claim can be justified.
