Do you know the sites that only has sponsored links, and nothing else? For eg. this site :

How do people make these sites? I see them all the time, but I have no idea how they are made, please help, thanks!
Yes – it’s actually not a website, but a single “parked” page.
Someone has registered the domain name but not developed a website there.
The owner is hoping that people will find the page and click on the ad links there – and then they will earn an advertising commission.
Although a very common practice, these pages have no value as they have no original content.
Google does not allow these pages to be advertised in Sponsored Links, they depend on visitors from organic rankings or “type-in traffic” (free clicks rather than paid).

I am still learning about google adwords, but my question is how do you get your sponsored links to show up at the top of the page and not on the right side of the page when someone searches on your keyword.

Montes – top links cost much more and are only a sensible strategy if you know the costs are justified. Side advertising is less costly.
